Diane Bomberg

Diane Bomberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and process analysis, currently serving as a Senior Training Process Analyst for Global Training at Nelnet since May 2014. In this role, Diane manages SharePoint support, provides technical assistance for onboarding, and coordinates responses for audits, while also researching and implementing new technologies. Prior to this, Diane held the position of Training Supervisor, co-leading the NDS Global Training Team to support call center functions. Diane's earlier experience includes serving as a Site Trainer at Nelnet and holding roles such as Application Support Analyst and Scientific Training Coordinator at MDS Pharma Services. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
