Pablo Castelo started their work experience in 2009 as an intern at PepsiCo. Pablo then worked as an Information Analyst at The HEINEKEN Company from 2009 to 2010. After that, they served as the Head of Operations at Phanaint from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as the Director of Innovation in Citizen Attention at the Gobierno del Estado de Sinaloa. Pablo returned to the same organization in 2014, holding the position of Director of Innovation in Citizen Attention until 2016.

In 2017, Pablo joined Uber as an Operations & Logistics Manager in West Mexico. Pablo then progressed to the role of Senior Operations & Logistics Manager and later became the Marketplace Health & Experience Lead for Central Ops LatAm. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the Marketplace Intelligence Lead for Central Ops LatAm.

Additionally, Pablo co-founded Cero Papel in 2015, where they also worked in operations. Currently, they are associated with Nelo and holds a role in the data department since 2022.

Pablo Castelo completed their Master's Degree in Business Analytics with a focus on Operational Research & Risk Analysis at Alliance Manchester Business School from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 2005 and 2009. In 2008, they also received an Innovation Certificate in Strategic Business Model Innovation from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Additionally, Pablo obtained several certifications in data science and programming, including Getting and Cleaning Data, R Programming, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox, through Coursera Course Certificates in early 2016.
