About the Role

Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing, you are a motivated individual looking to join a high-performing and metrics-driven Marketing & Communications team. You are creative, dedicated, and can take an assigned project and execute it.

As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting various functions of the Marketing & Communications team including, but not limited to; managing event planning and logistics associated with both virtual and in-person events and other duties that support key marketing campaigns.

You will coordinate & manage events, execute marketing tactics, develop marketing materials across all communication channels, address ad hoc sales and customer service inquiries, and provide general support to the marketing team.

Key Accountabilities

Event Management (40%)

  • Work with cross-functional teams to manage the logistics and execution of conferences, workshops, focus groups, and events
  • Liase with all stakeholders including external event staff and booth vendors
  • Budget tracking
  • Travel within Ontario to support the team with event setup and client engagement
  • Manage promotional material inventory

Marketing Operational Support (35%)

  • Maintain data integrity of product information across all systems
  • Research and disseminate partner product information
  • Complete competitive analysis and maintain competitive insight documentation
  • Occasionally monitor corporate social media channels (vacation coverage)
  • Administrative duties as required

Campaign Support (25%)

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing team to source appropriate campaign assets
  • Analyse customer sales data to drive audience targeting
  • Plan and execute niche marketing campaigns including email and social media messaging
  • Post-campaign analysis
  • Maintenance of lead generation forms & distribution of incoming leads to appropriate account managers
