Steve McCall has extensive experience in the IT industry, with a focus on project management and business solutions. Steve began their career in 2006 at Adidas Canada as an IT Project Manager and Business Solutions Manager. Here, they successfully implemented integration projects with SAP HR and Ceridian payroll systems, as well as provided IT lead support for a migration project from a legacy financial system. In 2012, Steve joined Zwilling J.A. Henckels Canada Ltd. as the first-ever IT Manager, where they implemented new procedures, provided multi-level support to users and executive management, and utilized their programming and project management expertise in an AS400 environment. Most recently, Steve has been working at Nelson Education as the Director of Business Applications, a role they started in 2019.
Steve McCall's education history includes studying Project Management at Durham College. Steve has obtained additional certifications such as ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2019, Master Certified Project Manager from Atocrates Project Sciences in 2011, CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA in January 2004, and CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in August 2003.
