Steven Chadwick

Steven Chadwick is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate counsel for various prominent companies. Currently serving as a Partner at Leech Tishman since October 2020, Steven provides outside general real estate counsel to a leading heavy/industrial manufacturing firm and an international software provider, overseeing domestic transactions and coordinating with international counterparts. Prior roles include Counsel at Chadwick Legal, LLC, Managing Member at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, and Senior Associate Attorney at Reed Smith LLP, where responsibilities involved leading real estate development projects and managing due diligence for significant corporate asset reorganizations. Steven began a career as an Associate Attorney at Burns White, LLC, and previously worked as a Retail Securities Broker at Citigroup. Education includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Monmouth University.
