Barrie Nichols

Barrie Nichols has worked in the student housing industry since 1997, beginning as Senior Vice President of Sales and Leasing for College Park Communities. In 1997, they joined GMH as Senior Vice President of Leasing. Barrie then moved to Campus Apartments in 2007, where they served as Vice President of Leasing and Marketing. In 2015, they joined The Michaels Organization as Vice President of Leasing and Marketing. Barrie then moved to University Student Living, where they served as Vice President of Leasing and Marketing and was responsible for the leasing and marketing of new developments. In 2021, they joined Nelson Partners Student Housing as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Barrie Nichols attended Cornell University from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained a Digital Certification in Marketing. Barrie also attended Gwinnett Tech, but did not obtain a degree. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Realtor, CAM, NALP, and Langevin Certified Trainer.
