Cindy Yearout is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Closing Director and Project Manager at Nelson Partners Student Housing since May 2018, Cindy previously held roles at Finance of America Mortgage as a Mortgage Advisor and Mortgage Production Specialist, as well as various positions at Wells Fargo and Bank of America, where expertise in mortgage loan origination and sales was demonstrated. Cindy’s career began in sales management at Davidson Communities and Countrywide Home Loan, and includes multiple managerial roles at other firms.
