Patrick Nelson

Patrick Nelson has been working in the real estate industry since 2007. Patrick began their career as Principal of Nelson Partners Property Management, and in 2012 they took on the same role at Nelson Partners Construction Management. In 2018, they were appointed CEO of Nelson Partners Student Housing.

Patrick Nelson earned their MBA from Utah State University in 2000, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Patrick received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Brigham Young University in 1997, majoring in Finance. Patrick also attended Snow College from 1994-1995 and Orange Coast College from 1993-1994.
