Paul Lutey

Paul Lutey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and business operations. Currently serving as Principal at Nelson\Nygaard Consulting Associates since March 2021, Paul previously held roles including Associate Principal and Senior Associate at the same firm, showcasing a strong progression in expertise. Prior to this, Paul was the Director of Business Operations/Owner at Figure 8 Creative from October 2013 to March 2021. Paul's career also includes significant tenure at Nelson\Nygaard Consulting Associates from 2000 to 2014, where roles included Principal and Senior Associate, as well as experience as a Transportation Planner at LSA Design, Inc., and a Researcher at Maxfield Research Inc. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Community and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Colorado State University, complemented by ongoing education at Portland Community College since 2017.
