Monica Gerhardt

Monica Gerhardt is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Principal and Senior Studio Leader at NELSON Worldwide since July 2018, Monica also holds the position of VP, Retail Regional Practice Leader. Previously, Monica was with FRCH Design Worldwide for 15 years as VP of Client Services & Strategy. Earlier career experiences include Director of Resource Development & Communications at United Way of Warren County, Director of Residential Market Strategy at Cincinnati Bell, and Product Manager at Sara Lee. Monica earned an MBA in Marketing from Miami University and a BA in English Literature from the University of Cincinnati.
