Juan Carlos Castro Guerrero has extensive experience in program management and quality assurance within the automotive industry. Juan Carlos has held various managerial positions at Nemak, including Global Programs Manager for General Motors, Quality Manager, New Programs Quality Manager, and New Programs Manager. Juan also has experience at ATS Automation and DCTtek as a Senior Applications Engineer and Applications Engineer, respectively. Juan Carlos holds a Master of Business Administration degree from EGADE and participated in the Top Management Program at IPADE Business School.
