Sarah Bartels has over 20 years of experience in quality engineering and management. Currently serving as Site Quality Manager and previously holding roles such as Supplier Quality Systems Leader NA, Program Manager, and Senior Quality Engineer at Nemak since October 2015, Sarah has extensive expertise in supplier quality systems and program management. Prior experience includes positions at Kohler Co. as Staff Supplier Quality Engineer and Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer, where responsibilities involved standard Supplier Quality activities and team development for the Global Faucets SQE team. Other notable roles include Process Improvement Consultant at National City Bank and Quality Engineer positions at UGN, Inc., Toyota Motor Manufacturing, and Cherry Electrical Products. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 1995 and 1999.
