Franck DEMAREST has extensive experience in various management roles related to Lean, Change, and Operations. With a background in Industrial Engineering, Franck has held positions at companies such as NEMERA, Accenture, SCA Packaging, Toyota Motor Europe, and Lear Corporation. Franck has demonstrated their expertise in driving continuous improvement, leading transformation programs, and implementing Lean Six Sigma strategies. Additionally, Franck has also shared their knowledge as a Visiting Lecturer at UTT and as an Intervenant Management Interculturel at ISCL.
