Prasad Patil

Prasad Patil has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they serve as the Chief Technology Officer at NCDEX e Markets Ltd., where they are responsible for facilitating trading platforms and market solutions for various commodities and intangibles. Prior to this, Prasad served as the Business Head for Safety & Security Products and New Products at ARYA COMMUNICATIONS AND ELECTRONICS SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. Prasad also held the positions of Chief Operating Officer at Arya Infosystems and Chief Technology Officer of JM Baxi Tech Businesses at JM Baxi. Prasad has also worked at Essar Group, Mahindra & Mahindra, ICICI Bank, and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, Farm Equipment Sector, in various IT and managerial roles.

Prasad Patil has a diverse education history. Starting in 1985, they attended St. Xavier High School Matheran, where they completed their ICSE. Prasad then went on to earn a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Mechanical engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology between 1993 and 1997.

In 2001, Patil pursued a Masters Diploma in Business Administration (MDBA) with a specialization in Finance from the Symbiosis Center of Distance Learning, which they completed in 2003. Prasad also obtained a diploma in Cyber Law from the Asian School of Law in 2012.

Moving forward, Patil received an MBA in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, in 2012, they completed the Certified Information Security Manager certification from ISACA and the Pocket CIO Program & Certification in IT Strategy and Management from the NEXT100 CIO program.

Prasad further expanded their knowledge in the field of IT with an ITIL Ver 3 certification from EXIN in 2009 and an IT Strategy Workshop and Certification for KPMG from the NEXT100 CIO IT Strategy Workshop and Certification in 2013.

In recent years, Patil has focused on enhancing their skills in the domain of technology and leadership. Prasad completed the Senior Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2018 and the Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders from Great Lakes Institute of Management between 2019 and 2020. Lastly, in 2020, they attended the CEP Course on Finance for Tech Leaders at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, with a specific focus on Finance.
