Charlotte Vang-Hansen

Charlotte Vang-Hansen has extensive work experience in the field of HR. Charlotte started their career in 1999 as an Insurance Sales Representative at Fair Forsikring and worked in that role until 2001. Charlotte then joined Fair Forsikring A/S as a Sales Coordinator in Forretningsudvikling and held the position until 2003. During this time, they also served as an Operations Manager at Accent Forsikring from 2003 to 2004, where they were responsible for customer service and registration of new customers. From 2004 to 2007, Charlotte worked at Fair Forsikring as an HR Assistant, where they were involved in various recruitment activities and preparation of personnel statistics. Charlotte then joined Microsoft Development Center Copenhagen in 2007 as an HR Coordinator/Assistant, providing support to MBS HR Partners and handling administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding. In 2012, they became an HR Consultant at nemlig.com and was responsible for HR activities related to functionaries and collective agreements. Charlotte later took on roles as HR Partner and Head of HR at the same company. In 2021, they became the Head of People & Culture, and in 2022, they assumed the role of Head of HR. Throughout their career, Charlotte has demonstrated a strong ability to adapt to changing environments and has gained significant experience in HR management and leadership.

Charlotte Vang-Hansen has an extensive education history in various fields. In 1988, they attended Helsingør Handelsskole, where they studied Handel og Kontor and received a degree in EFG. Charlotte then pursued a career in sales and completed an Elevplads as a Salgsassistent from 1989 to 1991.

In 2003, Charlotte attended Probana Business School and focused on studying Personalejura, a field of study related to HR. Charlotte further expanded their knowledge in HR by attending Køge Campus in 2011 and completed a Videregående Akademifaget in HUMAN RESOURCES (HR).

From 2017 to 2019, Charlotte attended KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi, where they pursued a series of Akademiuddannelse i Ledelse programs. In 2017, they specialized in Ledelse i praksis, followed by Det strategiske lederskab in 2018. In the same year, they also studied Organisation og arbejds psykologi. In 2019, they furthered their studies in Ledelse and completed the Afgangsprojekt akadami uddannelse i ledelse.
