Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and target clients.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies and plans to drive increased revenue growth for the agency.
- Oversee the development of RFP responses, proposals, bids, and other documents describing the organization's products and services.
- Handle in-bound leads and pipeline and develop and implement process for outbound lead generation.
- Drive sales growth through marketing programs and campaigns.
- Provide progress updates on business development initiatives against a defined set of strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase Nemo Design' expertise.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, marketing directors, and decision-makers, to generate new business.
- Lead the entire business development cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to contract negotiations and closing deals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Creative, and Production, to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional brand solutions and client satisfaction.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Support new account integration and onboarding.
- Occasional travel is anticipated for this role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ of experience in business development or a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the creative or brand consulting industry.
- Drive sales growth through marketing programs and campaigns.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and design principles.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on identifying and converting opportunities into successful partnerships.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
