Josh Quigley has a diverse work experience in logistics and management. Josh started their career in 2001 as an Aviation Ordnance Supervisor in the United States Marine Corps, where they served until 2008. Following this, they worked as an Inventory Manager at Mountain Hideaway from 2009 to 2014. Josh then joined Osprey Packs, Inc. in 2014, where they held various roles including Returns Customer Service Manager, Fulfillment Manager, and Distribution Center Sr. Manager until October 2020. Currently, they are employed at NEMO Equipment, where they started as a Logistics Manager in October 2020 and was promoted to Director of Logistics in February 2023.

Josh Quigley obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Natural Resources Management from Texas Tech University, which they attended from 2008 to 2012. Josh later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Weber State University, graduating in 2022. Additionally, they hold certifications in OSHA 30 Hour General Industry and OSHA Powered Lift Equipment Operator.
