Spencer Dennis

Spencer Dennis has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Ranger at Philmont Scout Ranch, leading crews and providing training on backpacking skills, wildlife procedures, and first aid. In 2016, they also worked as an IT Helpdesk Associate at Oklahoma State University, assisting students and faculty with IT-related issues. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Ranger Trainer at Philmont Scout Ranch, training and evaluating staff performances, and conducting training sessions on public speaking and photography. In 2017, they also worked as an Ag Comm Writing Center Tutor at Oklahoma State Ferguson College of Agriculture, providing writing critique to students. From 2018 to 2019, they held multiple roles at Boy Scouts of America, including Marketing Specialist and CHQ Seasonal Hiring Specialist, where they assisted with marketing communications, interviewed applicants, and aided in troubleshooting new hiring processes. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Customer Service Manager at MBS Mountainboards, managing customer relations, warranty claims, and order fulfillment across multiple brands. In 2019, they also worked as Outreach and Business Development at The Colony Sports Group, managing camp-based and authorized dealer accounts, and leading internal projects. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Exxel Outdoors as a Dealer Services Coordinator and Dealer Service Representative, managing B2B accounts, coordinating collateral, and handling sales-related tasks. In 2021, they held the role of Fulfillment Coordinator at Hydrapak, LLC, and is currently working as a Key Account Manager at NEMO Equipment.
