Anna Small

Anna Small is the Chief Compliance Officer for Nemours Children’s Health System. Small leads the compliance and privacy efforts that promote the journey of compliance and supportive culture.

Anna brings a rich background to the position that includes experiences as a registered nurse, nurse practitioner, trial attorney, and senior management. Most recently, she was the Chief Compliance Officer at Shriners Hospitals for Children and their 22-hospital system. In addition to her interest in teaching, Anna is a versatile linguist. She is fluent in English and Dutch and proficient in Spanish, French, and German.

She leads a very talented team of associates with an established foundation.
