Dykisha Potter serves as the Workforce Pipeline Development Coordinator at Nemours, responsible for planning and implementing workforce development programs in North Florida. Dykisha is also the Director and co-founder of the ampED National Fellowship, connecting educators and policymakers while creating opportunities for young black professionals. Previous experiences include roles as a Site Coordinator, Achievement Advocate, and Graduation Coach at Communities In Schools of Jacksonville, where Dykisha focused on student success and community engagement. Dykisha has held teaching positions at various middle schools, achieving notable educational outcomes, and has garnered extensive experience through multiple educational internships. Dykisha is currently pursuing a Master in Public Policy at Jacksonville University, following a Master's in Secondary Education and a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Miami.
