Valentina Vaquero

Valentina Vaquero has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Valentina started their career at Smartmatic in 2007, where they held various roles including Sales Support Lead, Account Senior Consultant, Delivery Engineer, and Product Consultant. In these positions, they worked on transforming client needs into opportunities, monitored accounts, evaluated budgets, and participated in proposal preparation and training processes. Valentina then joined Castleberry Media as a Key Account Manager, where they coordinated content marketing plans and managed client relationships. After that, they co-founded Doble V and worked there as a Co-Founder for three years. Currently, Valentina is working at Nemuru as an Operations Coordinator, where they support daily operations and ensures compliance with regulations. Valentina also previously worked at Nemuru as a Customer Support Analyst. Overall, Valentina has extensive experience in operations, customer support, key account management, sales support, and project coordination.

Valentina Vaquero has an extensive education history in various fields. Valentina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela, graduating in 2007. Valentina later pursued further education in business, management, and marketing by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same university from 2015 to 2017.

Valentina also acquired several specialized diplomas and certifications. In 2010, they completed an Advanced Diploma in Managerial Training, focusing on general business administration and management. Valentina further enhanced their skills in production management by earning an Advanced Diploma in Production Management from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, Valentina pursued an Advanced Diploma in International Management, which provided their with a deeper understanding of global business practices. Additionally, they acquired Advanced Diplomas in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Operations, as well as in Information Technology Management in 2016.

Continuing their pursuit of professional development, Valentina obtained certifications in Scrum methodologies. In 2020, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through Scrum Alliance, followed by earning Scrum Essentials certification from Scrum Network in 2021.
