Genalyn Pellecchia

Genalyn Pellecchia, MMAI, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analytics and strategic pricing. Currently serving as Head of Strategic Pricing at Neo Financial since September 2024, Genalyn previously held multiple senior managerial roles at Tangerine, including Senior Manager of Sales Analytics & Modeling, Digital Analytics, and Data Science from March 2019 to September 2024. Prior to that, experience at Scotiabank spanned nearly a decade in various senior manager positions focused on Pricing Analytics and Financial Pricing Analytics. Earlier career experience includes a role as Analytics Manager in Internal Audit at CIBC from August 2005 to October 2010. Genalyn holds a Master of Management of Artificial Intelligence from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Data Science certificate from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
