Shannon also held leadership positions at Western Financial Group, ATB Financial, Scotiabank, and CIBC, where Shannon demonstrated a strong focus on customer experience and revenue growth. Shannon holds an MBA from thePower, a BA in Economics from the University of Alberta, and certifications in financial planning and change management from various organizations.
