Tiana Henderson

Tiana Henderson is currently working at Neo Financial as the Talent Acquisition Strategy & Enablement, focusing on building recruitment team best practices and onboarding processes. Previously, Tiana held the position of People Operations Generalist, where Tiana improved the company's people systems and implemented new benefit providers. Before that, Tiana was a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Neo, overseeing the implementation of a new ATS platform and building pipelines for the recruitment team's success. At Harvest Venture Partners, Tiana worked as a Talent Acquisition Researcher, aiding in the recruitment of Canadian Tech startups and helped build in-house recruitment teams. Tiana holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).
