Tymur Shabanov

Tymur Shabanov currently serves as the Customer Experience Lead at Neo Financial, overseeing a team of over 20 customer experience agents while collaborating with senior leadership to enhance customer service processes. Prior to this role, Tymur was a Project Manager at opinov8, where a user-driven MVP for a real estate app was launched and a streaming e-commerce app prototype was developed. Additionally, Tymur worked as a Sales and Product Associate at Techstack Ltd, formulating sales strategies for a wireless menu service, and earlier as a Freight Broker/Logistics Coordinator at Landstar, where Tymur contributed significantly to sales and market development. Tymur holds a Masters Degree in Finance from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics.
