Marc Santora has extensive experience in operations, communications, and youth services management. At NEO Philanthropy, Marc serves as the Senior Manager of Operations & Internal Capacity Building, overseeing various initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency. Previously, at CUNY School of Professional Studies, Marc held roles in communications, quality assurance, and learning operations. With a background in English literature and nonprofit management, Marc is skilled in leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder relations.
