Rachel Moler has a strong background in philanthropy and consulting. Rachel currently holds the title of Portfolio Manager at NEO Philanthropy and previously worked as a Senior Program Associate at Open Society Foundations. With a Master's degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution, Rachel has experience in personnel and financial management, strategic planning, and event organization. Rachel also has experience teaching ESOL classes and promoting equality of opportunity.
