Marlene Ghanem has a diverse work experience. Marlene started their career at Librairie Antoine in 2015, where they worked as an Accountant and later transitioned to a Sales Associate and Cashier. In 2017, they joined Oakland Academy School as an Administrative Assistant and served in this role for four years until 2021. Currently, Marlene works at Neo Mena Technologies as an Administrative Officer, and from January 2023, they will take on the role of Business Manager.

Marlene Ghanem earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU) between 2010 and 2014. Marlene then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the same field of study at La Sagesse University Lebanon starting in 2015, with no specified end year.

Marlene Ghanem has also obtained several additional certifications. In 2021, they completed courses in Customer Service: Managing Customer Expectations, QuickBooks Pro 2021 Essential Training, Social Media Marketing: Social CRM, Administrative Professional Tips, Foundations of Learning Management Systems (LMS), and SAP ERP Essential Training through LinkedIn.
