Pavla Bobosikova serves as the Co-founder and CEO of WFHomie, an employee experience platform designed for remote-first teams, since January 2021. Additionally, Pavla is a Primary Mentor at Neo Accelerator, guiding early-stage founders, and was previously a Founder in Residence at LOI - League of Innovators, fostering young entrepreneurship in Canada. Experience also includes roles such as Director of Product at Nudge.ai, where Pavla led significant product initiatives before its acquisition by Affinity.co. A proficient UX/UI designer with background at Canada Post and founder of a craft leather brand, Pavla holds multiple executive education credentials and an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
