Guillaume Ferré is an experienced process engineer currently working at NEO2 since February 2019, where responsibilities have included the startup of a production site in Poland, process engineering studies, project management for drying and animal fat treatment facilities, and ongoing project engineering and commissioning. Previously, Guillaume held positions at Time for the Planet as an associate, and at Fives as an R&D engineering intern, where a continuous vacuum pan sizing tool was developed. Early experience includes a research internship at INRA, focusing on transcriptomic data collection in goats, and various logistics roles at Groupe Galeries Lafayette. Guillaume holds a Master’s degree in biology with a specialization in process and food engineering from AgroParisTech, following completion of a CPGE program in biology at Lycée Chaptal in Paris.
