Marie Gaillard

Marie Gaillard is currently the Director of Engineering at Neo4j. Prior to their current role, Marie was a Senior IT Project Manager at Lantmännen from October 2016 through January 2020. During their time at Lantmännen, they were responsible for introducing agile working methods and also led several large projects, including an AI project using agile methodology and an HR IT project implementing a new HRMS.

Marie began their career as a Consultant at Cap Gemini in February 2000 before moving to Accenture in March 2001, where they eventually became a Senior Manager. In January 1999, Marie completed their Master's Thesis at Softhouse.

Marie Gaillard has a Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Lund University, with a focus on computer science and software development. Marie also holds a business administration degree from Linnaeus University. In addition, they are certified as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance, and as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute. Finally, they have a Sun Certified Programmer for Java 2 Platform 1.4 certification from Sun Microsystems.

Marie Gaillard works with Kristian Hasselqvist - Director of Engineering, Marco Pavia - Consulting Engineer, and Stefan Kolmar - VP, Field Engineering EMEA & APAC. Their manager is Magnus Vejlstrup, VP, Engineering.
