Manufacturing Team Lead at NeoCharge

Kyle Pearson has held various roles in the past few years. In 2021, they served as Manufacturing Team Lead at NeoCharge, where they were responsible for leading and training a team to manufacture the NeoCharge SmartSplitters, helping scale production from 200 to 500 units/month capacity, and managing product inventory and order fulfillment. Kyle also served as a Production Technician at NeoCharge. Additionally, in 2021, they were a SLO Affordable Dwelling Units Senior Project Team Member at Future Cities and a Recreation Cashier at Laguna Lake Municipal Golf Course. In 2020, they were an IME Department Permission Number Issuing Process Improvement at Cal Poly. In 2022, they were a Continuous Improvement Intern at EDF Renewables North America and a Production Rework Intern at Flume Water. Kyle also participated in the Summer Undergraduate Research Program (SURP) at Cal Poly in 2021, where they collaborated in an interdisciplinary team creating a decision support system for vaccine allocation and distribution on college campuses, created mixed integer linear program to solve one-dose and two-dose vaccine regimens, utilized simulation methods for system testing and validation, and submitted a research paper to the International Journal of Supply and Operations Management.

Kyle Pearson is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering Management at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, which they expect to complete in 2023. Kyle previously earned a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Industrial Engineering from the same university, which they completed in 2023. Kyle's educational history began at Mater Dei High School, which they attended from 2014 to 2018. Kyle also holds certifications from Tableau, LinkedIn, MoreSteam, and Dassault Syste\u0300mes, which were obtained in 2022 and 2018, respectively.
