Roberto Villarreal

Roberto Villarreal has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Roberto currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at NeoCoil since March 2022. Previously, from 2018 to 2021, they worked at Glenroy, Inc. as the Director of Operations. Before that, from 2014 to 2018, they were a Project Manager and Senior Management Consultant at The Powers Company, where they focused on improving operational performance and implementing lean systems. From 2011 to 2013, they held the position of Director of Operations at Stacy's Greenhouses, where they managed inventory control, shipping, and production planning. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Principal at The Powers Company, specializing in process improvement. Roberto also has experience as an Internal Consultant at Alcoa Energy Systems from 2006 to 2009, and as an Area Coordinator at Alcoa Energy Systems from 1999 to 2006, where they implemented process improvements and ensured compliance with safety standards.

Roberto Villarreal pursued their education starting from 1994 to 1998 at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Following this, they attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 2003 to 2005, earning their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Management.
