Julie Zelinka

Director, Delivery Excellence at Neocol

Julie Zelinka, PMP, SP, PSM I have extensive experience in project management and Salesforce implementation. Starting in 2004 with Aramark as a Regional Staffing Manager, they led the recruitment and training of non-profit groups at professional sports venues. Julie then moved on to Dunkin', where they served as a Learning Manager, executing technical training for new franchisee candidates and designing new training programs. In 2011, they joined Jack in the Box as a Standard Assessment Auditor, conducting inspections and implementing new technology solutions. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Business Development Manager at IDS, overseeing the redesign of Salesforce CRM and managing post-sales relationships. Moving on to Endiem | Salesforce Partner, they served as a Lead Salesforce Consultant from 2014 to 2017, working on CPQ projects and providing strategic consulting for over 40 clients. Since 2017, they have been with Advanced Technology Group (atg), acting as a Delivery Partner, Program Manager, and Project Manager for Salesforce Revenue Cloud projects. Currently, they hold the role of Director, Delivery Excellence at Neocol.

Julie Zelinka, PMP, SP, PSM I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General from DePaul University, obtained from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2019. Julie also holds certifications in Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in 2016 and SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2023. Furthermore, they are currently pursuing a Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org.
