Keith Hughes

Keith Hughes is a Board Member at Neocova and has an extensive background in the financial industry. Keith started their career at First National Bank of Hutchinson where they worked for 18 years, eventually becoming the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. During their time at the bank, they managed the community bank and wealth management department through the great recession and was recognized as one of the top 100 healthiest banks in the country. Keith then left to become a member of the board of directors for Data Center Inc., where they served for 7 years before moving on to Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System, where they served for 12 years in various roles, including member of the board of directors and chairman of the board. Keith is also the owner of K HUGHES FARM LLC, a diversified farming and wildlife management company that they have been running for 23 years.

Keith Hughes has a Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University in Accounting from 1976-1980 and a Master's degree from Southern Methodist University in Banking from 1989-1991.
