Bhagyashree Sharma has been working in the HR field since 2018. Bhagyashree began their career at Wholesalebox Internet Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Executive, where they held the position for two years. In 2020, they transitioned to NeoDove Technologies Pvt. Ltd. where they currently serve as the HR Manager.

Bhagyashree Sharma obtained their Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The IIS University between 2015 and 2017.
