Motti Gil

Motti Gil has a strong background in finance and has held various CFO positions throughout their career. Motti started their career at Ernst & Young Israel as an Audit team manager before moving on to financial controller roles at Netcom group and MTS. Motti then joined IXI Mobile as VP Finance & CFO and later served as the CFO of GoNet Systems. Motti's most recent role was CFO at Aspire Global, where they worked from 2016 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of CFO / Group CFO at NeoGames.

Motti Gil earned a B.A in Accounting and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 1996 and 2000.
