Jim Walter

Jim Walter, CPIM has an extensive work history that spans various roles in global manufacturing operations. Jim held positions such as Vice President of Global Operations at Neogen Corporation, Managing Partner at J.A. Challenger Investments, LLC, Executive Director of Manufacturing Excellence and Site Director at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Chief Executive Officer/Owner at JAW Group, LLC, Vice President Operations at Catalent Pharma Solutions, SVP of Operations and Engineering at TINUUM GROUP, Vice President of Global Manufacturing at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, and various plant-based operations roles at Kendall/Tyco/Covidien/U.S. Navy. Throughout their career, Jim has demonstrated leadership in driving operations improvements, waste reductions, and P&L gains, while successfully leading large teams and overseeing multiple disciplines in manufacturing facilities.

Jim Walter, CPIM, holds a BS in Math from the United States Naval Academy and a Masters Equivalent in Nuclear Engineering from Navy Nuclear Power School. Jim also holds additional certifications in Sustainable Employee Engagement, PSI Seminars, Having Difficult Conversations, How to Pitch to Investors, Certified in Production and Inventory Management, DDI, Lean Leader, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
