Brooke McKnight

Brooke McKnight, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Market Insights and Analytics and also as the Precision Medicine Therapy Selection Product Manager at NeoGenomics Laboratories since February 2023. Previously, Brooke was the NGS Product Manager for Research Use Only at Invitae, where responsibilities included launching and supporting seven solid-tumor next-generation sequencing panels. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, Brooke worked as a Scientist III in Bioinformatics, providing oncology informatics support for the development of sequencing assays. Brooke’s early research included a PhD investigation of tumor response to treatment at Karmanos Cancer Institute, with a focus on antibody PET probes. Educated at Wayne State University with a PhD in Cancer Biology and the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology, technical expertise encompasses a range of bioinformatics and oncology applications.
