Mitch Boland

Mitch Boland currently serves as a Senior HCM Enterprise Consultant at NEOGOV, where responsibilities include collaborating with public sector HR, IT, and Finance leadership teams to identify technology needs and provide solutions while supporting procurement efforts to enhance annual recurring revenue (ARR). Previous roles at NEOGOV include Senior Solutions Engineer, where Mitch established the Solutions Engineer team and led technical demonstrations for executive stakeholders, and Implementation Consultant, overseeing successful product implementations for public sector agencies. Prior to NEOGOV, Mitch held the position of Marketplace Account Manager at Houzz, optimizing seller account performance, and served as Region IV Boys ODP Administrator for US Youth Soccer, managing logistics for over 350 athletes. Mitch holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Leeds Business School and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University.
