Taylor Boone, SHRM-CP is currently the Manager of Total Rewards at NEOGOV. Prior to that, Taylor was a Human Resources Generalist & Applicant Process Manager at Vynca. With experience at various companies such as Lighthouse Property Insurance Corporation, UNATION, and Florida Festivals and Events Association, Taylor has developed a diverse HR background. Taylor holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy University and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Advertising from Florida Atlantic University.
