Miles Lewis has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Miles began their career in 1993 as the Head of Equity Derivatives at Credit Lyonnais Securities Europe. Miles played a key role in setting up a joint venture between Credit Lyonnais Securities and CL Rouse and developed new products in the equity derivatives market. In 1996, Miles founded European Investor Services, a consultancy and investor relations company, which later merged with Compass Investment Management. At Compass Venture Management, Miles served as the Founder and Managing Director, focusing on technology, biotechnology, and TMT investments. Miles negotiated agreements with major technology companies and supported portfolio companies in their financing needs. In 2000, Miles joined ITI Energy Limited as the Founder, Executive Deputy Chairman, and Financial Director, leading the development of Waste to Energy applications. Miles raised several rounds of private equity and achieved a peak valuation of £100m. In 2004, they moved to Strand Hanson as an Executive Director, engaging in financial and nominated advisory services. Miles later became a Board Director and then rejoined the company in 2016 as a Senior Consultant for their Latin America division. Miles played a crucial role in client acquisition, deal origination, and fundraising for private infrastructure projects. In 2020, they took on the role of Director at Strand Hanson Guyana. Currently, Miles is serving as the President - Central & South America at NeoGreen Hydrogen Corp, a renewable energy company aimed at decarbonizing heavy industry. Miles focuses on project development and forming local consortiums for both local and international markets. Throughout their career, Miles has shown expertise in finance, emerging markets, renewable energy, and deal structuring.
Miles Lewis obtained their Bachelor's degree in Logic and Philosophy from the University of Reading, where they studied from 1985 to 1988.
