Aziz Köse

Aziz Köse is currently serving as the Chief Innovation & Ecosystem Officer at NEOHUB, where they lead various initiatives including innovation programs, corporate venture building, incubation and acceleration programs, fintech & startup engagement programs, scouting and investment, and collaborative product development with ecosystem partners. Aziz also manages product management and new business modeling, BaaS products, open banking products, agriculture banking products, and fintech venture building.

Prior to NEOHUB, Aziz Köse was an Executive Board Member at Deniz Ventures, where they were involved in investment funnel, scouting, due diligence, valuation, and investments in companies such as Midas, Ekon, Erguvan, and Depar.

Aziz also held roles at DenizBank, including VP, Head of Venture Strategies and Ecosystem Relations, where they focused on creating use cases and trials of new solutions and services within the ecosystem, and VP, Digital Banking - Head of Open Innovation & Ecosystem Banking, where they led open innovation and startup engagement, particularly with the spinoff of fastPay as an E-Money company.

Furthermore, Aziz Köse was a Co-Founder at ArgosAI and Tagvance Media. Aziz also worked at TOPAZ TELEKOM AŞ as Projects and Planning Director, overseeing program management, business development, procurement, and planning, and at Turkcell as an Implementation and Maintenance Specialist in the Network Operations division. Aziz began their career at Motorola as a Project Planner and Analyst, working on the Vodafone Turnkey project for new GSM site planning, installation, and commissioning.

Aziz Köse has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Middle East Technical University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2007. Aziz also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bahcesehir University, completed in 2020. Additionally, Aziz has attended Ankara High School of Science from 1999 to 2002. Aziz has obtained certifications such as Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in 2020 and PMP from the Project Management Institute in 2014.
