Bruno Santiago

Bruno Santiago has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2010, they began their career as a Creative at Monumenta Comunicação e Estratégias Sociais. In 2011, they founded their own digital agency called Wavez, where they served as the Managing Director and Founder. Bruno grew the agency to become one of the top digital boutiques in the region, working with clients such as Caixa, Sebrae, and Correios. In 2014, Santiago joined Agência Fermento as the Digital Marketing Director, where they led the creative, strategy, content, and technology teams. Bruno worked with clients such as Caixa, Unicef, and the World Bank. Santiago then went on to work as the Head of Creative & Mentor at The Knowledge Society (TKS) in 2018. In 2017, they became a Strategic Advisor at MusicPlayce. In 2018, they took on multiple roles at Phaze, including Director of Design and Advisor in Marketing and Product Experience. In 2019, they became the Managing Director of AWL Ventures, a holding company managing various family investments and businesses. Some of the companies in the portfolio included NeoJets, Dahaaus, Phaze, Marcnamara, MusicPlayce, and L'ATELIER. In 2022, Santiago took on the role of Chairman at Dahaaus and became the Chief Executive Officer at Koi.

Bruno Santiago has a diverse education history. In 1996, they attended Lewis University where they pursued an ESL program focused on English as a Second Language. The following year, in 1997, Bruno attended UEL - Universidade Estadual de Londrina and completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree with a specialization in Civil Engineering. In 1998, they continued their studies at UEL - Universidade Estadual de Londrina and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations. In 2000, Bruno attended Universidad del Sagrado Corazón and earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication, General. Later, in 2003, they enrolled at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás and pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations and Affairs. In 2004, Bruno studied at IESB and completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Advertising. Lastly, in 2014, Bruno attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and obtained an Associate's degree in Business Management Processes, concluding their formal education.
