Todd Holcomb

Todd Holcomb is a multifaceted creative leader currently serving at Neol since February 2023, where the focus is on empowering creative minds through a community-driven platform. As the founder of Becoming Human since June 2021, Todd enables individuals to harness their unique strengths for the greater good, fostering sustainable futures through innovative strategies. Previous roles include Chief Knowledge & Experience Officer at Millennium.org, where whole-human development is prioritized, and significant contributions to The Future Project as Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer, leading teams and fostering youth potential. Todd also held key positions at SY/Partners, Sapient, and Studio Archetype, focusing on strategy, people management, and brand experience development. Earlier experience includes serving as a litigation attorney for the Legal Aid Society and starting a career as a systems engineer at IBM. Todd holds a Master's Degree in Innovation in Education from Bank Street College of Education and a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law.
