Rajesh Arora

Rajesh Arora has a diverse work experience in the quality management field. Rajesh started their career as an Engineer Quality at BTR Motherson in 1997, where they were responsible for conducting inspections and ensuring customer requirements were met. Rajesh then joined Subros Limited in 2000 as a Dy Manager, gaining valuable experience in implementing new practices and achieving targets. In 2008, they worked as a Joint Executive Manager at Uflex Ltd. and then moved to Hi Tech Gears Ltd as a Manager Quality, where they focused on supplier quality assurance and audits. From 2010 to 2016, Rajesh worked at Subros Limited as a Senior Manager-IMS, developing and implementing management systems based on various standards and facilitating the organization in documenting business processes. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Quality System Management at NeoliteZKW Lightings Pvt. Ltd.

Rajesh Arora's education history includes a Diploma in Mechanical engineering from BTE, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Post Diploma in RAC at BTE, completing it from 1996 to 1998.
