Rowdy Kemnitz possesses extensive experience in project management and operations within the construction and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Maintenance at Shimmick Construction since February 2004, Rowdy previously held key roles such as Project Manager and Toll Operations Consultant at PBS&J, and Sr. Project Manager for Intercity Fiber Services at Level 3 Communications. Rowdy began a career at MFS Network Technologies, Inc. as Director of Business Operations, further establishing a strong foundation in the industry. Rowdy's academic background includes a degree from the University of South Dakota, completed in 1992.
