Carlos Olaechea

Carlos Olaechea is an experienced IT and project management professional currently serving as the IT Management Lead at NEOM since September 2021. Prior to this role, Carlos worked as an Independent Consultant from January to August 2021, and held various positions with APM Terminals, including Head of IT Callao from October 2011 to December 2020. Carlos has a strong background in systems management, having served as Systems Head at Pluspetrol and as a Project Manager at Sygnus Consulting. With an extensive education in project management, business administration, and information technology, Carlos has completed advanced degrees and certifications from institutions such as EALDE Business School, Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and the Project Management Institute.
