Denis Hickey

Denis Hickey is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the real estate and development sectors. Currently serving as Chief Development Officer at NEOM since May 2023, Denis previously held several senior positions at Lendlease from May 2012 to March 2023, including Global Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer for the Americas. Prior to Lendlease, Denis was Chief Executive Officer at ING Real Estate in Australia and at Stockland, where the role involved oversight of development initiatives. Denis is academically credentialed with an Advanced Management Program from Harvard University, a Bachelor of Business from Monash University, and an Executive Program in Corporate Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
