Hesham Alaboodi

Hesham Alaboodi is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business development, partnerships, and community engagement. Since April 2022, Hesham has been a Founding Member of the Global Shapers Community and has served on the Executive Committee of نادي الشعلة السعودي since January 2025. Currently holding the role of Values & Engagement Ambassador at NEOM and leading the Business Development & Partnerships team at OXAGON since March 2021, Hesham is also an active member of the Financial Sustainability Committee and Board at الجمعية السعودية الخيرية لمرض ألزهايمر. As an Advisor to Faidh International Food Company and Co-Founder of Bonjour Bakehouse, Hesham brings significant entrepreneurial experience, previously founding Grabification from August 2020 to July 2023. Education includes an Executive MBA from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Planning and Services from Vancouver Island University.
